WHERE IS THE LUXURY CONTAINER COMMUNITY BEING MADE?
The first luxury container community will be built in Denver, CO. However, we plan to expand into a new city each year (ex. Nashville, Austin, Seattle, etc.)
WHEN WILL THE LUXURY CONTAINER COMMUNITY BE BUILT?
Our team is projecting the project to being in Quarter 4 of 2021 and take approximately 1 year to complete.
What is the layout like? Please explain the design
The luxury container community is a four-plex meaning there are four total living units.
The centerpiece of the community is the Community Co-Working Space complete with a kitchen, plenty of seating areas, and private study nooks.
To one side of the community, there is a small AirBnb Studio and the Gym.
What are the living spaces like?
Each living space is designed as a studio with an open floor concept.
The modern design will be a mix of concrete floors, matte black finishes, and minimalist accents.
Is there a gym?
Yes! There is a gym that includes the best equipment we can get our hands on including the Prime Prodigy Rack, a treadmill, free weights, and kettlebells.
